Returns and Exchanges:

LyLy is unable to offer returns for a refund.  We will be happy to exchange within two weeks of receiving your item.  To initiate an exchange, please email hello@yourstrangefriend.com and we can take care of the details. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and LyLy will pay for the shipping of the new item.  Thanks for understanding that we are a small business and will always do our best to satisfy you! Thank you so much. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

LyLy is not responsible for items once they have shipped.  If for some reason item is lost or stolen it then becomes an issue between USPS and customer.  This rarely happens! But if it does....
